As Promised here is the salsa... (don't knock it till you try it!)
Fresh Cranberry Salsa
12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 granny smith apple
1/2 red bell pepper
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 med. purple onion
1/3 c. apple juice
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp chopped pickled jalapeno pepper
1 tsp lime zest
Blend fruit and peppers in food processor, pulsing until combined. transfer to bowl. Add sugar, juice, and zest. stir until well combined. serve with chips.

BEST SALSA EVER!!!! Thanksgiving isn't Thanksgiving until you break out the cranberry salsa....I'm glad you like it!
